What fuels you? For me, it's the crafting of what I perceive to be the perfect line, sentence, paragraph, chapter and ultimately, story. The likes of Roald Dahl, Edward Lear,, Dr Seuss, Philip Reeve, Enid Blyton, A A Milne, Terry Brooks and darker authors like Steven King, James Herbert and Clive Barker, along with many others, have inspired me with their words, giving me the urge to write books of my own. If only to be in their league! I just hope that which I have written, in some way offers as pleasurable read as those books I have read.
