SUMITRA LOKRAS

I am Sumitra, a freelance children’s book illustrator/ digital artist based in India. I create bright and beautiful illustrations in a crayon-like texture to bring stories to life. 

I had always been interested in art and after finishing my masters last year, I decided to dive into the illustration industry and create a space for myself as an artist. I like to play around with light and shadows in my work and I am trying to learn more with each piece of art I create.
